Summary for everyone & young players
OceanPal does not ask for your name, email, photo, or location inside the game. Your game progress and the name you choose for the dolphin stay on your device. When you first open the game, a neutral age screen keeps only an age band (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18+) so the game suits your age. Players under 18 never see personalised ads.

3. The age screen and children's privacy
Under 13: child-directed treatment, content rated G, no personalisation, no advertising ID or first-party ID, certified ad networks only. Teens 13 to 17: under-age-of-consent tag, content rated T, no personalisation, no advertising ID. Parents and guardians can request a copy or deletion of data on a child's behalf via the Support form.
4. Cookies and website storage
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no advertising pixels. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the support form strictly for security against automated spam.
