3. Concept art notice: Images in the Future Research Stations section (Beluga Station, Orca Station, California Sea Lion) are AI-generated concept art and not in-game footage.

OceanPal Terms of Use (End-User Licence)

1. Licence: Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play OceanPal on devices you own or control.
2. Purchases: Optional one-time in-app purchases (such as the Supporter Pack) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled through Google Play or Apple under their store rules.
3. Statutory rights: Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights under UK or local law.
4. In-game items: Coins, research grants, and seabed treasure replicas are part of the game and have no cash value.
5. Fair use: Please do not use cheating tools, redistribute the game binary, or reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law.
